The parcels are generally shipped within 3 days after reception of the payment.
An independent haulier takes them in charge. You’ve got the choice to be delivered at home or at another address to facilitate the delivery. We thank you to communicate us any necessary piece of information for the good process of it (door-code, presence of a keeper, neighbour or person who could receipt your boxes in case of your absence…). The delivery are realised at the door steps( no delivery upstairs).
The delivery delays are generally between 3 and 7 days from the shipment departure of our premises.
All our sendings are shipped in solid packagings and in perfect state. The hauliers are entirely responsible for any road damages. The goods travel to the recipient at his risks and perils.
On receipt, he should verify scrupulously the conformity and the state of delivered products. Any deterioration ou missing must be consigned accurately on the haulier delivery sheet, and must be confirmed by writting within 48 hours. Without such a notification, any exchange or refund won’t be carried out.
In case of non-conformity of the delivered product, contact us within 7 days following the reception of the goods. We will carry on the exchange of the concerned product in the shortest time.
